Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days after payment by emailing info@grokworkai.com. Please include your order reference and the email address used at checkout.

A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase is sufficient. You do not need to give a reason or use a particular form. We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request, without charging a refund fee.

This policy applies to Grokwork AI library access and credit packages, including purchases made through a partner link. Using the package during this period does not remove your eligibility for this refund.

When the refund is processed, the remaining access or credits provided by the refunded purchase are disabled. Other separately purchased packages are not revoked.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time before funds appear depends on your payment provider. Our purchases are one-time payments, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights that may apply after the 14-day period.
