Digital delivery policy

Grokwork AI sells digital access and AI text generation credits only. No physical products are shipped and no shipping fees apply.

After your payment is confirmed, the purchased access or credits are added to the Grokwork AI account associated with the email address used at checkout. For your first purchase, we send a separate account activation email. Existing customers can sign in at app.grokworkai.com/app.

Delivery is normally automatic after payment confirmation. A pending or unsuccessful payment does not activate a package. Payment processing or technical issues may delay delivery.

Please check your spam folder and make sure your checkout email is correct. If access is missing, contact info@grokworkai.com with your order reference. Do not send your password or full payment card details.

Purchases through partner links also provide the Grokwork package shown at checkout. A return link may take you back to the partner service after payment.
